I love Chicago, but I know the world is getting smaller with degrees of separation no longer 6, but more like 3. I am challenging you all to spread your wings and network outside your geographic comfort zone. My world is broad and full of generous people. What Women Need To Know About Divorce...and Afterwards

My divorce was final two weeks ago. It was not my first divorce, so I knew what to expect and how to prepare. Not everyone has that knowledge.

Sara Stolberg and Chad Coe have joined forces to present "Second Saturday Support Group". This monthly group workshop will provide women with support, dignity, and respect for themselves when they are considering, going through, or have been through a divorce, as well as for widows, single women, and women who are married but clueless about their finances. I am looking forward to attending these monthly meetings.

I wish there had been a group like this in 1983!
